Yoga is the Practice in which the mind, and body become one. Reinforcing your practice, yoga has many beneficial effects for your mind and body. It allows the body to have stability, alignment and strength to help us with our daily living. Not only does it help in our daily life, but it also helps to prevent, reduce stress, and anxiety that some of us may experience through our daily lives and through the week. I am able to assist you with beginner level yoga so that you are able to incorporate this practice into your life to allow the beautiful wellness you deserve along your healing journey. Brittany had the wonderful opportunity to have studied her YTT200HR  program in Woodstock, NY with Selena Reynolds and Linda Winnick.
